    I want to write my own wordpress plugin.

    Does anyone know where I can find a lits of hooks and filters and what they do?

    Also, is there a book that is a good reference for people who want to write wordpress plugins?

    Hello Xarzu. Your best thing to do to write your own plugin is to look in the WordPress Codex.

    Follow that link and you will find a list of hooks, actions, filters, installation ideas, etc…

    Also, look at some of the more basic plugins out there and see how they are set up.
